This two-day video marriage conference is intended to get to the heart of God’s design for marriage. During the six sessions you will be reminded of what God’s Word says about how to have a marriage that honors Him, enjoys each other, and invests in generations to come. Whether you are married or single, this conference promises to help you better understand how to be married to the glory of God. The conference runs Friday evening, February 21 from 7:00 – 9:30 pm and Saturday, February 22 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Parking at Maranatha Bible Church is free. When you were standing at the altar reciting your marriage vows, did you have any idea that marriage would be so complex? It probably didn’t take you long to understand that your spouse is not as much like you as you thought. But figuring them out is more than just an equation. Marriage is more than a science; it’s an art. And like any art form, requires an investment of time, focused study and the right tools. This engaging marriage video conference will help couples in our church and community build the God-honoring marriages we desire. It also brings a fresh approach to a video event by weaving together a variety of elements that help the principles come to life:
- engaging stories
- real-life testimonies
- man-on-the-street interviews
- humorous vignettes
Six Engaging Topics
“Your marriage and the marriages around you are colored by personalities, passions, and experience. Making marriage work is a divinely inspired art form. For more than three decades, FamilyLife® has been helping couples understand God’s plan for relationships. Now, in this video-guided event, The Art of Marriage, we weave together expert teaching, engaging stories, man-on-the street interviews, humorous vignettes, and much more to portray both the challenges and the beauty of God’s design.”
Building Stronger Marriages
The Art of Marriage consists of six video sessions and an accompanying manual that provides couples with projects to help apply the principles taught during each session. The manual is also designed for couples to use after the event by offering articles, date night ideas, and useful tips for continuing to strengthen their marriage.
The Art of Marriage brings together some of the most respected and influential pastors and experts on marriage and family all in one setting: Al Mohler, Dave Wilson, Voddie Baucham, Ann Wilson, Michael Easley, Crawford Loritts, Dennis Rainey, Bryan Loritts, Barbara Rainey, Paul David Tripp, Mary Kassian, Dave Harvey, Wayne Grudem and more …
